How does the 30-day free trial work?
Every plan starts with 30 days of Stay Ahead, free. No card is needed to start. After the trial, choose Stay Informed (₹99/month), Stay Organised (₹349/month) or Stay Ahead (₹549/month). If you do not choose a paid plan, your digests pause; you are not automatically charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel a paid subscription from your billing settings to stop future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable; see our Cancellation & Refund policy for exceptions.

Google’s gmail.readonly permission allows StayInSync to read email content, including message bodies, to create your digest. It does not allow sending, deleting, labelling or modifying your emails. StayInSync uses the school domains, senders and keywords you choose to find relevant updates. Disconnect anytime from the Inboxes page to stop reading. Email forwarding, with no inbox access, is coming soon.
Which languages can I receive my digest in?
Choose from English + 8 Indian languages: Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati and Bengali, on the Digest & Language page. Your digest content is translated into your preferred language. If translation is unavailable, your digest arrives in English instead.
How do I get the most accurate updates from my uploads?
Clear uploads, clearer answers. Take photos in good light with the page flat and the whole page in the frame, hold steady so nothing is blurred, use the PDF when the school sends one, and upload one document at a time. You can delete any upload from Knowledge management, and the dates and items found in it are removed with it.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in India on Mumbai-hosted infrastructure with SOC 2 Type 2 controls. It is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. StayInSync has passed Google CASA Tier 1 and never sells your data or uses it to train AI models.
