Six steps, three simple stages
Connect your inbox
Sign up with your email, then go to Dashboard → Inboxes and tap Connect Gmail. Access is read-only and Google CASA security assessment completed ✅ — we can never send, delete or change your email, and Disconnect ends access straight away. Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo and others are coming soon.
Why connect? Nothing is missed, there's no setup in your mail app, and school emails your spouse forwards are handled.
Can't connect? Forward your school emails to your unique StayInSync address instead — it works with any inbox and gives us no account access.
Add your WhatsApp number
During onboarding, enter the WhatsApp number where you want to receive your digest. This is the number Meta will deliver messages to.
Tune your school filters
StayInSync is focused on your child's school communication. On the Filters page, fine-tune your own filters — add school domains, teacher emails and keywords like exam, fees or PTM so our AI prioritises what actually matters.
Get your digest
On your plan's schedule — weekly, daily morning, or morning and evening — you'll receive a single WhatsApp message summarising what's urgent, what's coming up, and what's just an update.
Upload and ask by voice
Snap a diary note, circular or school calendar on the Upload page. On Stay Ahead, ask the AI Advisor about it — by typing or by voice in your language, powered by Sarvam AI. Voice recordings and uploaded files are never kept.
Review & adjust
Use Digest History to revisit past school digests. Update your inbox list, school filters or digest time any time — changes take effect from the next digest.
