How to Use StayInSync
Get from sign-up to your first WhatsApp digest in under two minutes.
Six steps, three simple stages
Create your account
Sign up with your email and a password. Verify your email if prompted, then sign in.
Add your WhatsApp number
During onboarding, enter the WhatsApp number where you want to receive your digest. This is the number Meta will deliver messages to.
Connect an inbox
Go to Dashboard → Inboxes and click Connect Gmail. You'll be redirected to Google to authorise access.
Connecting your Gmail inbox: StayInSync uses Google's read-only (gmail.readonly) scope — it can read messages to build your digest but can never send, delete, label or modify anything. We only look at the emails matching the school domains, senders and keywords you configure, so our AI can identify school updates, classify them by urgency and build your morning digest.
Tune your school filters
StayInSync is focused on your child's school communication. In Settings, fine-tune your Education filters — add school domains, teacher emails and keywords like exam, fees or PTM so our AI prioritises what actually matters.
Get your daily digest
At the digest time you set in Settings (morning and/or evening), you'll receive a single WhatsApp message summarising what's urgent, what's coming up, and what's just an update.
Review & adjust
Use Digest History to revisit past school digests. Update your inbox list, school filters or digest time any time — changes take effect from the next digest.
